14 May FIRST FELL FACE FOR ELLIOT
You know that feeling when something looks too hard, too steep, too wild and you think you’re too slow… so you do it anyway after years of deliberation. It was so worth it and nobody cares if you’re slow. That was me last night at The Caradoc Classic. My first ever fell race.

The course at Church Stretton is brutal but the Shropshire Hills at golden hour? Unbeatable.
So proud to run it with Ludlow Runners. Oliver Perratt took the win, Amy Fulford grabbed 4th lady and Trudy Macklin was as strong as ever, and I somehow didn’t break anything.
Finally, thanks to Mr Pickles for the support and Emma for marshalling, so good to see you as we came through the final gate. Thanks both.
If you want a proper adventure and a brilliant community, put this one on your list. You’ll thank me later. Probably after you’ve stopped aching.
