All personal data supplied will be retained and processed by Ludlow Runners in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018. The data will be used for administrative purposes to manage the club effectively. It will primarily be used for communication, but will also be shared with English Athletics if you have applied for membership of that organisation.

* Family membership is defined as covering up to two adults, co-habiting and their children, who are under 18 and live in their parents' home. It does not cover any other family connections or living arrangements.

If you wish to take part in Herefordshire summer and winter league cross country races, you are required to be a member of England Athletics.
