BUILD UP TO 10km WITH LUDLOW RUNNERS

Why not make 2025 the year you run 10k, or get back to running 10k if you aren’t running as much as you used to. 

We all love Parkrun! And yes running around 5km in training, or socially, is great for maintaining a level of fitness. But what will building up to 10k do for you?
